Job Responsibilities:
%26#8226; The person will be largely involved in primary research activities for Springboard in China.
%26#8226; Main responsibility would include conducting primary telephonic interviews with CIOs/CTO/IT Managers in Chinese speaking countries.
%26#8226; Desk/secondary research from various open resources
%26#8226; To conduct data checks and analyze the data collected and to help prepare final deliverables to the client
%26#8226; Projects involved include primary research section for syndicated research reports and customized research and consultancy projects.
%26#8226; Cooperation with other primary research teams in Asia/Pacific region

Requirements:
%26#8226; Excellent communication skills
%26#8226; Advanced MS Excel and other Office software skills for statistical research.
%26#8226; Strong analytical skills
%26#8226; Good understanding about IT industry
%26#8226; Good verbal and written English language skills
%26#8226; At least 2 years experience working in the market research industry for primary research positions, or B2B tele-marketing positions.
%26#8226; A Bachelor’s Degree

%26#8226; 日常工作主要涉及思林博德在中国地区的市场调查初步研究（初步原始数据获取）
%26#8226; 主要职责包括在中国地区，对公司的CIOs（首席信息执行官）/ CTO（首席技术执行官）/ IT 经理进行电话访谈。
%26#8226; 从开放式资源进行后续性调研。
%26#8226; 对收集的数据进行检测和分析，并且帮助完善交付客户报告。
%26#8226; 项目涉及联合研究报告，定制研究和咨询项目的初级研究。
%26#8226; 与其他地区小组合作完成在亚洲/太平洋地区的项目。

职位需求

%26#8226; 熟练使用Excel和其他office 软件。
